Utilizing pre-tensioned ball screws paired with high-precision
bearings and a closed-loop control system, the idle stroke is
strictly limited to below 0.1mm. Through dynamic torque compensation algorithms, transmission
clearances are eliminated to ensure positional repeatability during
frequent start-stop operations, maintaining stable positioning
accuracy.
The vertical load capacity is enhanced by over 5 times compared to traditional designs, exceeding industry standard
limits. This breakthrough stems from a dual-guide symmetrical
layout and reinforced slider structure, combined with high-torque
servo motor output, enabling stable handling of large workpiece
vertical lifting/lowering demands.
Featuring a unique embedded dual-V groove track design, thickened
guide rail steel, and precision grinding processes, the lateral
torque resistance capability is 3 times that of previous micro-rail models. Even under high eccentric
loads or dynamic impacts, it maintains ±0.02mm linear accuracy, ideal for precision assembly and inspection scenarios requiring
extreme motion stability.
Equipped with C7 rolled ball screws and precision grinding technology, it achieves ±0.02mm linear accuracy across the full stroke range. Compared to traditional cutting
processes, rolled ball screws maintain high precision while
significantly improving fatigue life and load capacity, making them
suitable for long-term heavy-load industrial environments.
In cleanroom environments, the YH electric cylinder achieves
precise wafer picking/placing with ±0.02mm positioning accuracy. Its 5x vertical load capacity stably handles 300mm wafer
carriers, while the anti-torsion design effectively suppresses
vibration interference during high-speed movement.
At engine block press-fitting stations, the YH electric cylinder
ensures precise control of press-fitting force with its 2T dynamic load capacity and low idle stroke. Paired with vision systems, it enables
