The GTH series is a track-embedded screw module, serving as a core
transmission component for industrial precision automation. It
covers a stroke range of 50-1350mm, is compatible with mainstream
PLC control systems, and can be flexibly configured into multi-axis
structures to meet diverse motion requirements.
It features a repetitive positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm and a
maximum operating speed of 2000mm/s. The integrated track design
improves straightness by 40%, with a maximum thrust of 2563N and a
horizontal load capacity of up to 120kg. It boasts strong rigidity
and maintains stability even during high-speed operation.
Its width is 20% narrower than that of traditional modules, saving
installation space; it reaches CLASS 1 cleanliness level with low
particle generation; it supports maintenance without disassembly
via external oiling, reducing downtime; it is equipped with
collision detection for comprehensive safety protection; and its
datum plane + positioning PIN hole design enables easy installation
and calibration.
In the semiconductor field, relying on its CLASS 1 cleanliness
level and ±0.01mm repetitive positioning accuracy, the module is
well-suited for key processes such as handling of 12-inch and
larger wafers, lithography alignment, and packaging and testing —
not only reducing the risk of chip scrapping caused by particle
contamination, but also providing support for stable wafer transfer
and precise alignment in high-precision operations such as wafer
bonding, thus ensuring the production yield of advanced-process
chips.
In the new energy field, its maximum horizontal load capacity of
120kg and high-speed transmission capability of 2000mm/s can be
accurately matched with high-speed battery pole piece laminating
machines, supporting the efficient processing of tens of thousands
of pole pieces per day. Meanwhile, it can also meet the needs of
heavy-load transfer in cell assembly processes (such as cell
transfer and module capping). With its strong rigidity, it avoids
load deformation and ensures the continuous operation efficiency of
power battery production lines.
In the electronic manufacturing field, for the SMT placement
process, the module can achieve micron-level positioning of PCB
boards. Combined with its stable high-speed motion performance, it
ensures that the placement error of components such as chip
resistors and IC chips is controlled within strict industry
standards. In addition, it can also be adapted to the motion needs
of AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) equipment, providing a stable
moving benchmark for PCB appearance defect detection and improving
detection accuracy.
In the biotechnology field, its low-vibration operation and
low-particle design make it suitable for sample transfer scenarios
in fully automated biochemical analyzers and immunoassay equipment,
avoiding detection deviations caused by sample shaking during
transfer. At the same time, it can support precise operations such
as reagent filling and sample dispensing, helping medical testing
equipment improve detection accuracy and sample processing
